In these Terms, “IDECOPACK”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the website operator. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, buyer or user of the website.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of the IDECOPACK website, product catalogue, webshop, quote requests, online orders and related services.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

3. Products and Product Information

IDECOPACK sells packaging products and related accessories, including paper-based protective packaging, honeycomb paper rolls, dispenser systems and related packaging equipment.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, dimensions, images, prices and availability accurate. Minor visual differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, product batches or supplier changes.

Product images are for presentation purposes. The exact product specification is defined by the product title, SKU, selected variation, product description and order confirmation.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be shown with or without VAT depending on webshop configuration, customer type and market. The final price, VAT amount, shipping cost and total order value are shown before order confirmation.

IDECOPACK may update prices, product availability and product descriptions without prior notice. Confirmed orders are processed according to the terms accepted at checkout, unless there is an obvious technical or pricing error.

5. Orders

An order is placed when the Customer completes checkout and confirms the order.

After receiving the order, IDECOPACK may send an automatic confirmation email. This confirms that the order request was received, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

IDECOPACK may refuse or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;
• payment is not authorised;
• delivery data is incomplete or incorrect;
• there is an obvious pricing, stock or technical error;
• the order appears fraudulent or abusive;
• the ordered product requires a custom quotation or manual confirmation.

For B2B, wholesale, custom-size or large-quantity orders, IDECOPACK may issue a separate quotation. In that case, the quotation terms override conflicting webshop information.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

• card payment through CorvusPay;
• bank transfer / proforma invoice;
• other payment methods enabled in the webshop.

IDECOPACK may enable or disable specific payment methods at any time.

7. Card Payments and CorvusPay Security Statement

For online card payments, IDECOPACK uses CorvusPay, a secure payment processing system operated by Corvus Pay d.o.o.

Corvus Pay d.o.o. enables card payments and account-to-account payments in webshops. CorvusPay is a payment service provider licensed in the European Union and supervised under payment services regulations.

When paying by card, the Customer is redirected to or shown a secure CorvusPay payment form. The Customer enters card details directly into the CorvusPay payment form. IDECOPACK does not receive, process or store complete card data.

CorvusPay uses security mechanisms such as 3-D Secure authentication, Strong Customer Authentication where applicable, encrypted communication and card-industry security standards. CorvusPay states that it maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and processes sensitive payment data according to card scheme requirements.

After payment authorisation, the Customer is returned to the IDECOPACK webshop and receives information about the payment result.

If card storage, wallet payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, instalments or other payment options are enabled, they are subject to CorvusPay, card issuer, bank and payment network terms.

Accepted card brands and payment options depend on the IDECOPACK merchant configuration and are displayed at checkout.

8. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or agreed separately by quotation.

Delivery times are estimates and may depend on stock, courier availability, destination, customs procedures, holidays, force majeure events or other circumstances outside IDECOPACK’s direct control.

The Customer must provide accurate delivery information. IDECOPACK is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete Customer data.

Risk passes to the Customer according to applicable law and the agreed delivery method.

9. Damaged Shipments and Complaints

The Customer should inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged, the Customer should report the damage to the courier immediately and contact IDECOPACK as soon as possible with:

• order number;
• description of the issue;
• photos of the package and product;
• delivery note or courier record, if available.

IDECOPACK will review complaints within a reasonable time and may offer replacement, refund, repair, discount or another appropriate solution depending on the case and applicable law.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumer Customers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• custom-made products;
• products made to Customer specification;
• products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or technical reasons once opened or used;
• B2B purchases where consumer withdrawal rules do not apply.

Returned products must be unused, complete and returned in appropriate packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless IDECOPACK confirms otherwise or the return is caused by an IDECOPACK error.

11. B2B Sales

Many IDECOPACK products are intended for business users, webshops, fulfilment teams, retailers and packaging operations.

For B2B orders, the parties may agree separate terms regarding pricing, delivery, minimum quantities, payment deadlines, returns, claims and product specifications.

Where a written quotation, proforma invoice or contract is issued, that document applies in addition to these Terms.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or technically harmful purposes.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database or payment system;
• interfere with website security or functionality;
• copy, scrape or reuse website content for commercial purposes without permission;
• submit false, misleading or third-party data without authorisation;
• place fraudulent or abusive orders.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product presentation, design elements, logos and layout, belongs to IDECOPACK or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Content may not be copied, republished, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

IDECOPACK is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data or other consequential damage, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

IDECOPACK is not responsible for service interruptions, third-party provider errors, courier delays, bank/payment processor failures or force majeure events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Payment data entered into the CorvusPay payment form is processed by CorvusPay and relevant payment institutions according to their own legal obligations and privacy notices.

16. Changes to These Terms

IDECOPACK may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.

The Terms valid at the time of order confirmation apply to that order, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
